AVC is wonderful! Their facility is always very clean and well maintained. 98% of the time our visits are always easy to schedule and efficiently executed. I did have some “not so good” experiences with a lady who used to work at the front desk, but she’s no longer there thankfully. Everyone there now is very friendly and helpful. They have quite a few vet techs and they are always loving and patient with my dog, Piper, which of course is a definite requirement for this dog momma. There was an incident a couple of years ago concerning an “anti-itching” shot. We were hiking and I think Piper stepped in something (maybe ants?) that caused a horrible rash between her toes. The vet at the time suggested this “allergy” shot with rave reviews from previous patients but failed to let me know it was over $200! Yeah, that didn’t go over too well with the dog papa later that day. 😡😂 But my favorite part of AVC, and why we will continue to bring Piper there, is Dr. Cassandra Waldman! She is absolutely fabulous, and I cannot say enough good things about her! Dr. Waldman is so knowledgeable about her profession and she is always willing to help explain things to us in a way that we can understand and we never feel rushed or worry that we’re asking too many questions…..that is a HUGE plus for me! I just went to their website to ensure the correct spelling of her name and, in my opinion, she needs a longer bio at the top of the page and maybe a halo 😇! We adore her!! Arlington Veterinary Center is our choice for Piper because she deserves the BEST!

This veterinary office really cares about your pets! We brought in my daughter’s kitty to get a rabies shot and had a conversation about fleas, which I had been combating for a while. They really know their stuff! We had to make a second appointment, to come back for shots because kitty was too stressed and needed to be medicated to be examined. Great place! We’ve found our new home!

I absolutely LOVE this vet clinic! Dr. Smyth and the other vets are incredibly knowledgeable and walk you throigh understanding every part of what is going on with your pet. The staff is friendly and amazing, and I've never had a bad experience at this office, even when I had to put two pets down. The doctors and the staff are respectful in every way. The price isn't terrible; definitely runs about what you'd expect from a vet clinic. However, they have always been willing to work with me to make sure the absolutely necessary treatment gets done within my budget. I cannot recommend this place more!

Dr. Smyth and Dr. Waldman are both top notch Vets. They spent extra time to confirm dogs diagnosis and they went through the x-rays and echocardiogram with me to show the areas of concern. I completely trust them with all of my pets health. It's high quality, affordable pet healthcare. I would 100% recommend them.

Arlington Veterinarian Center, has been with us through the lives and passing of four of our pets. The staff is just as incredible as the doctors. They love our animals. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. They have seen our family through some of the toughest times when life comes to an end. I am thankful for their services in their kindness.

My jack russell came in to get an ultra sound to check her kidneys. They found it was her gall bladder and in very bad shape. The doctor Smyth explained everything and started her on antibiotics. She usually would pant heavy at night and know a few days later she sleeps like a baby. I dont worry about losing her at night. The doctor has a plan for her and couldn't be happier. Thank you to AVC and their wonderful staff.

Hey, Kato Here. I am 13 years & 1/2 years old and a Belgian Malinois. Since 2018, my owner has been taking me to Arlington Veterinary Clinic for my needed care. This vet clinic is amazing and has gone above and beyond to take care of me and my owner. They take care of all my shots, feed me, and take me on plenty of walks when my owner leaves me here for boarding and doggy day care. After my best friend Oreo passed away last November I developed separation anxiety and must either be around other dogs or humans at all times to feel safe. Since then, my owner drops me off everyday while he goes to work so that I can spend time with these amazing people!!! Owner - I want to send a big shout out To Arlington Veterinary Clinic. They have taken amazing care of Kato and Oreo (and were there with us when he passed at 13). This vet takes time to fill me in with all the information I need, and keeps me up to date on how Kato is doing. Everyone is sweet, caring, and takes really good care of Kato. I would like to send an extra shout out to Adam for taking care of Kato and helping me through the ruff times that Kato has given me. Adam has been amazing at making sure Kato and I are taken care of and that there is always a spot for Kato at the clinic.

First visit with our new kitten. Staff was welcoming. Tech was attentive to my concerns and quick to respond and/or reassure. Dr. Beglin is our cat’s vet and we Love her. She’s gentle, thorough and ensures that she checks out any and all concerns.
